      East Coast Capital Corp., a New York corporation, was formed on January 11, 1999 by Seth Fass, who is the company's President and sole shareholder.  A 1993 graduate of Michigan State University, Seth began working as a loan officer in 1997 and has been highly regarded in the industry for over a decade.

      Starting as a two-man operation out of a single office in Great Neck, New York, the Company has its main offices in Syosset, New York and three solicitation branch locations in Hoboken, New Jersey, Floral Park, New York and Massapequa, New York.  With 46 employees including 39 licensed loan officers, the Company places strong emphasis on training and continuing education for all staff and has employed outside counsel to monitor compliance with the recent developments in federal and state laws and regulations.  To maintain effective controls, all loan processing is performed at the main offices in Syosset, New York.

      The Company is currently licensed in twenty-two (22) states and has a varied product focus including home equity lines of credit, reverse mortgages, VA loans, FHA loans, and jumbo and conventional loans.  Having closed in excess of $1,000,000,000 in loans over the past 11 years, and with over $72,000,000 currently in the pipeline with six (6) prominent lending institutions, the Company is well positioned to expand business nationwide through the use of the internet, print and alternative media marketing.
